Default Need help - can not eject gps DVD - black screen

Hi,
Here's my situation: I have an 09, IS350 with version 6.1 GPS DVD. I bought a "copy" of the version 9.1. After the new disc is loaded, nothing shows except a flash black and random colors on the screen. I can not get to the Menu and Eject the DVD.

Any ideas on how to force eject the stupid DVD?

Thanks in advance,
Bet00z

Usually when you update the disc it will do that. But you still have to wait from 3 -5 minutes. Lets hope you did not power the car off in the middle of that. If not you may have to reset the system.

It did went through the loading part. Then the I would hear the disc spins up and stopped. Is the system reset involves removing the negative battery cable?

Thanks,

Perhaps the copy is corrupted. BTW, discussion of illegally copied discs is not condoned on this site.

Not worth it to copy you paid 30k+ for a car and can't fork over the extra 100 or 200 for an official dvd copy try to get your money back or try installing the older version dvd. To remove it you can try poking in with a creditcard to the dvd slot to get the dvd to stop spinning

There was a thread a while back that tapping in the corners of the blank screen ejected the DVD.
