That's awesome that your car is found on google maps, but what's with the parking? You obviously had enough time to put up a sun shade, but not enough time to park correctly?

haha I though it was a fake too but notice the very thin shadow going across the top of the pic. He did not include in his pic the small box on the bottom right corner or "x" on the top right corner.

I would say the way the car was parked, was to avoid another car parking beside 'em and leaving a door ding.
But the chance of getting keyed is also there (as mentioned).
Sometimes, when I park at mall shop etc.. and there is a guy sitting in the booth/kiosk I ask for a pilon and put it on the spot beside me. This way I avoid the door dings.
