If I could go back 3 and half years ago, I would probably pick up that used ISF instead.

And if I did, I'd probably tell myself I wish I had gotten the 350 instead. Ha! Because that's how life works.

I think the ISF is fantastic - I even day dream about it.

But in the end I'm VERY happy with my IS350. And due to practicality (cost and weather) where I live AWD was a must (didn't want to deal with swapping out for winter tires).

There's always that one car that's better than what you already have, not sure what it is if you own an ISF but there's got to be something. The cost difference though between the ISF and the 350 makes me want to at least toy with the idea of an M3 (yeah, I said it).

350 and ISF are not even in the same class. In first gear my BRZ can keep up with my ISF. If you are satisfied with the 350's power then definitely stay with it, but the ISF in all aspects is a better car.

BRZ keeping up with an IS-F...that has to be a joke. The only way the BRZ could keep up with the ISF or a 350, in any gear, would be if the IS-F/350 was having issues gaining traction, which would make sense as both have tons of power down low. The BRZ can't even keep up with the current 2013 Accord V6 with the automatic, let alone the manual, or the last generation Toyota Camry V6. I respect the BRZ for what it is, a fun car to throw around, additionally, it looks great (a first for anything that has an association with Subaru), but it is not a fast car, not even close.

Agree. In straight line, BRZ is no way compared to ISF in any gear. If it is STI or Evo with mods, that is more believable. BRZ no, no, no.

The 4.10 diff really helps our 350s launch

Just imagine if the 3IS had our 4.10

Instead Lexus decided to kill the fun by mounting it with a 3.133

This thread just talked me out of looking for an ISF. Think I'll focus on an 08 IS350 with sport suspension now. Thanks for saving me monthly payments guys!
