OP - based on your post count, it looks like you kinda new around here. Keep on the forums and you'll see many different modding styles, which most are very tastefully done.... some truly "Sick IS's" here on the forums.

The one your posting is pants. The hood makes it look ricer.

Agreed, some sweet looking " CLEAN " IS's here on the forum if you just continue to browse the threads.

not feeling the hood, the z3 shark gills and the audi LED's..... looks honda ish

 

OMG...that is sooo sick.....to my stomach. I see nothing but rice on this car. It's disgraceful to do this to a Lexus.

That hood is hideous.
I'm not a fan of the turn signals either.
I do like the LED rear red lights on the bumper and the LED taillights. Other than that, far from the "sickest" IS ever.

man this looks like a hotwheels version of the IS. They seem to ricer/murder everything they put into a toy sized vehicle.

 

The moral of the story, don't do your car under the influence of anything! I have 2010HS250h/Premium and 2007 IS in my garage. Pics are on the HS site.
