I've took all the pictures I needed to do a DIY for the IS350 plugs back in February, I just haven't had time to write it up. Now I don't know if I want to post it - I can't compete with this!!!

Replaced my spark plugs yesterday and it was a PITA. My allen key wasn't long enough to get the top bolt so if you're gonna DIY, I suggest buying a 5mm bit.

Here's a pic of my spark plugs after 67k miles:

Still in pretty good condition. However I'm concerned because I noticed some oil on a couple of spark plugs after I took them out. I'm not really sure what it means...should I take the car in? Anyone else have this issue?

Are the gaskets located at the top of the spark plug tube or bottom? Seems like a big job to replace them...after some research it looks like the entire valve cover needs to be removed to replace the seals.

Yes to replace those seals the valve cover has to come off.
