is the IS350 the fastest in the world?

HAHA dont even go there bro!! I had a 06 350z. I come from the Z community. I have test driven the 370z... Its a monster. Normal are 13.3 quarter mile. 13 flat with a good driver and a few have broken into the 12's..... Simply put its lighter and has more power then the IS350. And that synchro rev tranny is just awesome!!

How about the G37 coupe?? has anyone here actually raced a G37 sedan/coupe?? or are we all just speculating??
Also on the mather of the M3. I raced one up to 150 mph on my 06 (300hp version) 350z. We were equal until about 90. then he just started pulling on me. I have heard that they can hit the limiter with a gear to spare and that they are monsters at high speed.
Has anyone here raced one at high speeds?? IMO the IS "feels" slower then my 350z did at speeds over 100mph

IS350 even out performs Porsche's new Panamera 4, their new 4-door sports car. Actually, it's really comparable to the Panamera S, but that's a V8 so it knocks it out of this comparison. Only the Panamera 4 is a V6, "Sedan" (I guess since it has 4 doors right? Well, Porsche says so), and it's N/A. Man the IS350 is a beast! I love my car

Haven't raced a G37 coupe/sedan but I'm on MyG37.com all the time...the sedan does edge out the coupe to 60 though by a hair. With cars in this caliber IS/G/3 it turns out to be a drivers race at the end of the day imo...but the IS350 does have some nice early gears

All the times posted for a stock G37 on dragtimes.com are above a 13.7. There are many IS's running that or lower being stock...
Its probably a drivers race anyways, its pretty close.

I have no doubt that the 2IS will be (and arguably already has
transformed into) a Lexus "classic," much like the BMW e46.
The 2IS IS350 is much like the bmw e46 m3, in a sense, there's a
similar type of following.
IS350s are rare (much like the e46 m3), the lines on the car are
crafted with meticulous elegance, the 2IS flat out looks good from
every angle (similarly, most people agree the bmw e46 is one of the
best looking BMWs ever made), it has blistering performance but it's
not some crotch rocket that is only meant to go fast, it's a luxury
sedan. it blows my mind that we can literally have our cake and eat it
too, we can have it all.
IS250s are nice too (dont worry guys I'm not leaving you out)
although there's no denying that there is a certain "mystique" and
aura and presence surrounding the IS350. Just the name alone has
evolved to mean more than the sum of its parts, to carry a sort of
subdued, but vicious presence, if you will.
G35 and G37s are nice, no doubt. I consider the infiniti G to be a worthy adversary of the IS350, as with the bmw 335i. the benz c350 is not too bad either. all are pretty swank cars.
