I have an '09 IS350 (LED taillights) and i was wondering if anyone has blacked out everything apart from the white reverse lights which have that cool sliver of white glass surrounded by the red tail light. If someone could post a PICTURE or even a PHOTOSHOP of that, that'd be great. I feel like it'd look pretty sick but i also feel like its risky. Oh and the car is BLACK. thanks

heyyy that doesn't look bad at all. i've always wondered what our tails would look light if they were smoked or blacked out. a bit too dark tho, smoked would look nicer i think

i've seen one driving around the 57 freeway sometimes.
imo, i dont like the 09 taillights. just barely started to get used to them. but when i saw the blacked/smoked out tails with the reverse light cut out, it made me want some 09 tails. HAHAHA

it looks pretty good with the white part revealing, with the rest of it smoked. i think it would look better this way if someone were to smoke their tails. theres a unique look with the white section that isnt on too many other cars- and it adds to that effect with everything else smoked.
