Wow! That is crazy. Is the wheel turning at all? Does it happen if the engine is started as well? Definitely not safe..

Holy mother of Japanese Batman!! Any details on what was wrong with this car? I wonder if it's the PS controller software that got messed up or something is wrong with the actual steering rack. Def. want to know what caused it.
