I have the new painted headlight washer covers but I need the black piece in the picture to attach it to the actuator, Where do I get them?

I guess you mean somewhere other than a dealer? Try scrap yard..kijjiji. Would be my first choices.

The black clip is sold with the pre-painted cover, not sold separately.
Since your car is red the part number for the headlight washer cover is 8504453040D0, ranging from years 2011-2013 priced at $21.82....please double check with your dealer first

No, what I meant was to call your local dealer to make sure that part# matches with your car's VIN.
After you verify the part then you can order it through Sewell Lexus since it would be cheaper than the dealer

I went to the dealer today and there saying that they have the part # for the covers but don't see a separate piece in between the cover and actuator, the black piece that connects the two together. thats the big problem I am having.
