Voice tag set-up

Voice tag set-up
Hi All.
Just got my second IS this week. Smokey Granite Mica 250AWD nav, etc. Love the car. I have a a question about setting up the voice-tags for phone dialing.
When I am setting up a voice-tag thru my contact list there is no way to select one of possible 3 phone numbers in an individuals account.
Meaning, I want to call my friend Judy's mobile number, not her home or other. Does the voice-tag normally just take the first entry in the contact list, or does it recognize "Judy mobile" vs "Judy home" via the icon? Any help out there?
