Navigation update 9.1
Upgrade is pretty easy. First you need to remove the clock face using the two pin tools in toolkit. Then eject the old disc, insert the new one, wait for the new disc to initialize and then replace the clock face.
1. The two needle tools are meant to be pushed ALL the way inside and do not be scared to push. It is not meant to push button. It is actually pushing two steel tabs that keep the clock in the center console.
2. Once you are pushed all the way, pull out the tools, lightly and the clock face will come along with it. No need to pull on the hazard switch as mentioned in the instruction manual. It might help, but is not required.
3. There is no eject button. You get to the eject button by pushing the INFO -> MAP DVD option
4. Insert the new DVD and the system will load it in few seconds.

What was Lexus thinking when they designed to place DVD behind the clock?
It was PITA to pull out the clock, I scratched the hazard button but ended up getting small suction cups to pull it off.

If you have ML (as indicated by that logo in the post above me) and Nav, you have a 6 disc DVD changer. No need to purchase a separate one.
