I got one as a teen it was some mercedes with some turbo thing it in. I wrecked it. haha It kept going to fast and i always crashed into the curb and then it broke apart.

tamiya and yokomo also make is300 bodies as well.

i've gone through many on roads and off roads, but kept my all time fave (not necessarily the fastest or the most high tech, but was the absolute most fun) tamiya ta02 ff01.

You're not going to find a cheap one! If you want to get into rc hobby expect to spend $1k+ on your first purchase. Cause you're not just buying the car, you have to buy everything that goes with it as well, such as starter box, body, engine, tools, aftermarket parts, spare parts, tires, etc...

but just for fun....300-400 is good enough...

i love these cars but they are alot of money. i have a stadium truck. i am running brushless like a previous poster and put a different pinion in it and a lipo battery and the thing is doin 50+. i also have a driftt 240sx that am officially going to turn into the isf thanx to that link at least i finally get my f for only 30 bucks
