Go for yellow, it looks great. I would suggest going for a reputable brand though.

If you're looking for a defined yellow make sure the bulbs you buy have a yellow filament.

My buddy used these same bulbs on his evo, looked really nice. Similar to a HID 3k setup imho.

I have those Nokya's as fogs on my Solara and as DRL's on my IS.

I just ordered a set of the Luminics Krypton JDM Yellows from automotivelightingUSA.com for the fogs. The Krypton's have a fatter bulb (more yellow surface area) which helps give a more yellow light (they claim 33% more yellow, likely based on the increased surface area). Could just be marketing BS but it makes sense to me. If you have the time to install and money to burn, the 3K HID's are the best but I'm not sure how much better they will be compared to the regular 9006 55W bulb...
