Just replaced mine. It was pretty easy thanks to all of the DIY's in this thread.
The hardest part for me was a few old blue clips were really stuck in there. I found the best way to pull them out was to lift the back of the blue clip out a little using a flathead in order to get needle nose pliers behind the clip to maximize grip. Grab near the center of clip and pull towards you and they pull out easily. Just make sure your pliers have good grip, I tried two pairs and one didn't do crap, while the other gripped the plastic clip just fine. Just use painters tape to protect the paint on the column!

im looking to replace my mouldings also, do those blue clips come wiith the window mould kit? if not does anyone have the part number im having a hard time finding them on the sewell website, or are you able to reuse the ones already on the car?

I just bought a used 2010 IS350 about a week ago and while driving back from work today my passenger side moulding flew straight off. At first I thought someone threw something at my car, so I was like "wtf" then I noticed the blue clips showing and realized the trim was messing. Dealer quoted me $68 + $7 each for the clips, all though my car is under 50k miles but older than 4yrs so it isn't under warranty. Glad I found this thread today, because I was seriously thinking I've bought a "lemon". My driver is about to go too, 2 out of 5 of the clips are broken, so I simply applied at the clips some shoe goo and I'm pretty sure they're not going anywhere now, this is some super strong stuff! I've had a honda civic for nearly 10yrs, besides from the normal wear on the trims I've never had them physically fall apart and definitely didn't expect it from a Lexus. Besides that, I love this car!
