Default finally received my linea corse dynas..however...rubbin :)

Thanks Zoeb from wheeldude.com! wheels are amazing. i just been hearing this wierd noise when im making turns. It turns out that when i make a / or a \ turn the backside of the tire is barely rubbing the wheel well plastic corner in the inner corner. Im dropped on H&R springs. the tires are 235s and the wheels are 19 x 8.5 in front. boths sides are rubbin into the plastics. Has anyone else experience this with their drop and wheels? Im trying to avoid removing the wheel well plastics. Figured i would just let time wear down the tires or have th rpms melt down the plastics. However i was thinking maybe a heat gun and put the plastic back? Please help

what offsets are you running?

FYI - 235 tires give many members issues in the front. You could simply heat gun (heat and push in) the plastic that is rubbing. That takes car of 90% of rubbing issues...

I have the same wheels, same springs and had the same minor rubbing problem on the front. I took the wheels off and used a heat gun on the plastic lining. Problem solved. GL

I'm running 235/35/19 in front with 19"x8.5" 35 offset wheels. I get very slight rubbing on plastic liner too, not enough to worry about.

I let it go since it was so minor, now it's rubbed away enough plastic to be almost nonexistent.

I don't have any rubbing issue. I am running 235/35/19 +35 offset. Heat gun might be the best solution.
