Wow, that price is insane. That's about $1000 less than the MSRP of my 2008 IS when it was new 
And if it was painted by M1, I'd be scared. My integra has been painted by M1 before and the first time I got it back, my lip kit and front/rear bumpers were blue-ish green, and the rest of my car was dark green. They repainted it and the color came out better, but the paint quality-- meh.
It's been about 1.5 years and the paint has cracks in it- Basically they didn't use flex paint on my poly urethane lip kit.....
BUT, I suppose if they painted an employee's car, they did it right.....I suppose......
