Why would they not cover it under warranty

Your car is under warranty, suggest that you keep working with them.

I tried everything. Talk to the rep, manager, then they called warranty services and they said this part is not covered. Well i decided to remove the grommet myself since that is was is causing the problem. I just lowered part of my transmission and looking for the grommet to remove. If anyone has an idea on how this thing looks it will greatly be appreciated.

Did you look at the TSIB here? It shoulds everything that the dealer would do.

You may need the revised part to do it properly

If there is a TSB and your car is still under warranty, I believe the dealers will fix it per the TSB. Did you try printing out the TSB and showing them?

Hm..The a/c drain plug could be plugged with rat crap, and everything else that flies in there. Jack your car up and use a metal clothes hanger and stick it in the hole.

hmm after reading the TSB, all I see is that they remove some kind of plug from underneath the car. Where does it state that you have to take apart the dash and replace with newer stuff?
