19" front - 20" rear !!!

hi,
so i was wondering if anybody is running 19 - 8.5 in the front and 20 - 10.5 in the back??? or even anything close to this???
as much as 19 front and 20 in the back!!! i was thinking about doing it... but then i havent seen it on any car in this forum and ive only seen it on mustangs and stuff.... however if someone does have that setup.. please post your picture... :D

THANK YOU

doing that on your AWD would be dumb...... and stooopid

His 250 is a RWD.

acefalcon2 05-25-09 10:08 PM

hahhaha it would look something like a recent new car that i see... is it... those ermms.... Genesis coupe which does that... or some car... i know oh... the new Corvettes... lols...

kargahi 05-25-09 10:12 PM

i know... i only see it on Domestic cars... my friend has a mustang with 19 in the front and 21 in the back!!!

I've seen some on nsx's, 18 front and 19 rear... If I would go that route I probably go with the same size so your car can still be slam, 20's are too big IMO.

imports run these as well, i was reading modified the other day, 2 of the featured cars a s14 and a r32 both ran 17s up front and 18s in the back, or 18s and 19s forgot which was which

kargahi 05-26-09 09:46 PM

i can do 18 front and 19 in the back... but when u have 18... the gap is still an inch big even with the drop... putting in mind.. its lowered on f-sport!!!

acefalcon2 05-26-09 10:01 PM

go coils no spring COILS FTW

juice14 05-26-09 11:13 PM

you would have to have coil overs and play with tire sizes to make it right. it can be done but i dont see why do this anyways

LoL That was quite blunt.

There's actually a red 250 with Vossen 19/20's on it Floating around here somewhere. Doesn't look bad, but I prefer the same diameter wheels front and rear. Hell we put the same diameters on cars that CAME staggered (like Corvette's and Vipers). Its just a more cohesive look, IMO.
