Those are your parking lights. Its normal.

You can change it. The parking light wont affect your DRL or high beams.

Yup. That's normal. I actually had to find out the hard way when I decided to change my parking light to LED, then noticed that it still had that yellow color. So I pretty much changed everything in there to LEDs.

those are your parking/city lights. you can also change your DRL/highbeams to LED, but you lose the highbeam feature (but who really uses it when you have HID's anyways right?)

IS with nothing but parking lights on:

(far right is stock; everyone else has aftermarket bulbs)

And a closeup of a blue bulb parking light:

There's 2 different bulbs there. The parking light is not as bright as the DRL or hi beam.
