Bear with me, as Im not that knowledgeable about this lol.

I believe that they are something that goes between your wheel and the studs that your wheels go into on your car (I dont know the word ) They make it so your aftermarket wheel "fits" properly on your car? I hope someone else can explain this better than I can because I feel like an idiot typing this up lol

yes!!! im using them on both sets of vossens. they are used to center the wheel on the hub. if the wheels not center you may notice vibration while driving.

What kind are you using? Did they come with the wheels if you bought them new?

im using the plastic ones that came with my wheels. you need to make sure you have the right size for your wheels and hubs. i know theres metals hub rings but ive heard that they could fuse to the hub and wheel making it difficult or impossible to remove your wheel.
