My car just got back from its 5,000 mile check up and oil cahnge and all I have to say is that Lexus service is above par in my standards. Now you have to remember before I bought this car I was driving a 97 celica GT with 200,000 miles on it so this is all amazing to me. They came picked up my car which is 70 miles from the dealership left you wont belive this a IS-F hell yea. Since this was also my first car I was very picky so every little squeak or scratch I saw on the car I called them and assked if they would fix it and I never not once heard no they always said yes or said we will take care of it immdiatley.
In all I couldnt be any happier with my service with lexus I will from now on buy there vehicles the quality is unsurpased for the price nothing even come close I bought my car Brand new for 28,500 right off the show room floor but it was a left over 08. Still way to go again lexus for treating your customers great and making such a quality car.

They actually gave me a hard time when i asked to test drive the IS-F, but it was raining so i do partly understand where they were coming from... hmm now where is that sun? heh

I'm jealous. Congrats on your loaner. I'm driving an RX350. It's been an interesting experience, but I'd really prefer the F ;-)

Yeah when I came out and i see this bright blue IS-F im like WTF is this what im driving they gave me the keys and I went stright down to nearest highway and did some pulls lol. What an amazing car didnt want to give it back at all either.

Man your lucky. All they loan over here is the RX350. I wouldn't mind so much if it was a 10' model but since we already own an 08' its a little dull

I just got a 2008 IS250 AWD w/NAV as a loaner but definitely happy with it. Now I just want NAV in my car.
