That looks nice John. Did you use the same CF product mentioned in the resent previous thread? If so what did you think of the product? Did you finish with a clear coat? Are you going to do any other interior parts? I was thinking about doing mine too:-)
Yep same stuff from eurodyne... quality is good. hard to cut.. haha even though i used a razor to cut. I changed out all the wood grain including the window switches. I dont think im gonna clear coat it though. I kinda like the texture. I would def do it if i were you. It seems harder than it really is and the end results are great.

Yea i actually wanted it flush but the edges of the switch box are actually rounded off. Not like a sharp edge so it would look alittle akward flush.

Yea its kinda dangerous. I guess accidents can happen but i dont have passangers in the car too much and if i did the arm rest is for the driver... and even if i did rest my arm there it doesnt even get close to touching it.
your tearing it up! Cant wait to see this car at a meet
haha for sure man! I really wanted to go to that meet next weekend but found out i have a soccr game so i cant make it. Maybe i can make a later meet in the summer.

idk how you clean them to be honest i havent had it long enough to have to clean it. But i didnt even know they had auto leveling sensors.... i saw that they had the auto height controller... but that was like $400 bucks more and im not trying to be cheap but.... DAMN that is expensive...
It does look safe to clear coat but i actually like the texture of the material.
To cut around the chrome piece i actually just took the chrome piece off and sprayed glue the vinyl on and then cut around to the shape and then reinserted the piece. Its actually not as hard as it sounds.
very nice indeed. thats actually a great spot for the controller. That cup holder is nice, but always gets in the way if you anything bigger than a 12 oz can.
