Default Question on Lexus LED flasher & Amber turn signal bulbs from V-LEDs

I have the Toyota LED flasher from V-Leds. It fixed the hyper flash problem but killed the stock alarm arm/disarm flashes. I bought the flasher a little over a year ago so I don't know if the new Lexus LED flasher they now offer fixes both problems. If you have it installed, please provide some feedback on this product. Thank you!

Also, the 7440 LED (amber) I have aren’t bright enough and it is hard to see in the day. V-Leds now offers several versions. I was hoping to get some user feedbacks on this too so I know which to order. Thank you!

I have the same flasher I bought not too long ago. I was warned that the alarm flash will not work period. That was the trade off. You can go a different route and use load resistors instead. You will need 4 of them for both front and rear (3ohm 50amp load). This will allow you to remove hyper flash and still regain the function of the alarm flash feature. BTW..your a DJ..I thought you would like the hyper flash detail..hehehe J/K good luck.

That's something I was wondering for awhile now. Since there are 4 turn bulbs up front, wouldn't you need a resistor for each?

From what I understand...50 amps is plenty for the pair of turn signals on front. But I can't confirm from experience

I ratter not have alarm flashes than to cut/tap the stock wires. I was hoping they have it resolved with the "Lexus" version.

Just modify your OEM flasher!! I'm using VLEDs "platinum amber" LEDs and they are nice and bright!

Check out the DIY on my build thread:
