Default offset advice needed!

Im looking at the some rims for my stock is250.

The specs are:

19x8.5 +36 5x114.3
19x9.5 +40 5x114.3

Will i need to roll the fender at all due to the offset or will it rub? Also if i lower it with coilovers will i need to roll the fenders or will it rub?

Do a +22 all around and roll the fenders with a slight stretch and it would be sick!

Mikez, can you suggest an offset which will give me a flush setup without a rubbing problem

Go with what Chris said lol, cuz I run almost the same overall offset (slightly more aggressive in the rears than what you suggest) and I dont experience any rubbing cept on full steering lock backing down a steep driveway

Yeah, and throw your scrub radius and suspension geometry in the crapper.

To the OP, your first selection is about as radical as I would get, IMO.
