Default spyder wheels

I just bought four new Michelen Pilos A/S from Costco since my two front tires where wearing out on the inside edge after 24k miles. I could have swaped them and the tire guy told me that I probably had another 5k miles but I got a little girl and I though I could see wires. Unfortunately, he also told me that my right front wheel was probably bent since it hopped alot when he was speed balancing the tire and I may notice vibrations. I have not noticed any vibrations on the steering other than some items in the side pocket and my previous experience with bent wheels was they could not hold air. I am wondering if I should do something about it or forget it? And if I cant where can I get a good price for one 18 inch spyder wheel? and are they also BBS?

You can get some OEM G-spiders from Sewell for a good price.
