I've always loved Enkei wheels and have had them on two of my past cars. I wasn't too sure how they'd look on the 2is but redspencer and littleyan9's car have me convinced sticking with them isn't a bad idea. Your cars look really good.

I ended up totally switching Wheel choice I'm going with TSW Interlagos 18" Matte black. They are considerably lighter in weight and not too bad looking. I will post pics when installed.
Here is a virtual shot

I went with 18" Avante Garde's
H&R sport
18 x 8.5 : 18 x 9.5
225/40/18 ; 255/40/18
I'm so stoked on the results. I know a lot of people on here will feel there is too much gap but I've had my share of low stances and for this car, I am really happy with the look and fitment of this set up. I give 5 stars to H&R sport springs. awesome ride!

I'm glad you posted this cause I've been searching the threads for almost exactly this fitment. I have 18x8.5 +35 and 18x9.5 +40 with F-Sport lowering springs. I don't want to do any fender mods of any kind, so this post gives me more confidence. Only thing for me to choose are tire sizes. Not a fan of the stretch look so i think I'll go 235/40 up front and 265/35 in the back. I have an IS350 AWD... I'm still worried that I won't have enough wheel clearance though seeing as this will increase the rolling diameter almost half an inch. I only have about an inch between the tire and the top of the fender in the front, and only 3/4 inch in the back. This will close the gap almost completely. Just don't want to rub if I bottom out.
Your setup looks perfect in my opinion as well. Great daily driver setup.

So I had the tires installed on the wheels, and mounted on the car. As I mentioned, I went with 235/40 on the 8.5 inch wheel with a +35 offset and 265/35 on the 9.5 inch with a +40 offset. The wheel gap is practically the same but has been reduced a little bit which looks great imo. The front fits perfectly with absolutely no rubbing and wheels fully turned. The back may be a slight concern though. They fit fine, don't stick out beyond the fender, but if there are people in the back or I hit any kind of dip or bump in the road that would cause a large compression of the suspension, I'm pretty sure the fender will rub and maybe even gash the tire. To be completely safe, it would need a fender roll. Again, this would only be with people in the back seat, or heavy cargo in the trunk that it may rub. I say it may rub because I haven't experienced it yet but I can see the possibility. So far under regular driving I've had no issues.
So since I had a hard time finding this info, I'm posting it for others that have questions about the same setup:
2011 IS350 AWD on F-Sport springs (completely settled)
18x8.5 +35 with 235/40 in the front = no rubbing at all. no fender work needed.
18x9.5 +40 with 265/35 in the rear = no rubbing BUT with passengers or heavy cargo, fender roll may be needed. I haven't tested with significant weight in the rear but it seems that under significant load, there would be an issue.
The car needs a wash, but after I do that, I'll post a few pics showing the final look, how flush the wheels are, and the potential issue in the rear.

Without further ado:
FR: 18x8.5 +35 235/40/18
RR: 18x9.5 +40 265/35/18
On General G-Max AS-03
Picture quality isn't so great but you can see the wheels a bit better. Fender gap look enormous here but its the lighting. There is actually less than a finger in front and back
Flushness of the rear wheel.

I'd been looking for some stockies to replace my Work wheels, instead I came across a set of BBS Evo X wheels for the same price as Lexus OEM (2nd hand prices). Grabbed them and really like how they look. Not sure of it's been done, before I brought them I couldn't find any pics out there on the web.
18x8.5 with +38 all round.
Anyway, post is useless without pics so here you go:
