Default auxillery problem

so i guess, my auxillery plug for my mp3 player is hella messing up. i always have to keep adjusting it to a sweet spot for all my speakers in the car to play. but now, its completly stuck on my front right-side speaker. im pretty sure its not my cord for the mp3 player.

so i took a look at it, it looks like the auxillery plug is kinda coming out. so i kinda tried to check it out, but it just seems to get worse and it completely made all my speakers not play anything.

kinda mad cause my car is only 8 months old.

can anyone help?

Hymmm this is interesting. My auxiliary jack also does the same thing...when I plug my mp3 in music only comes out of the left speakers and I know it's not my cable. Maybe I need to reconfirm this with another cable to make sure. If something's wrong then Lexus will have to take care of it I'd imagine. I'll keep you posted.

ive contemplated using the aux jack... you should use a L (90degree angle) type, the long straight ones over time will be knocked around and cause this...

BUT...

since the cd player plays mp3 burned disks... the mp3 player stays in the house

Ive had this happen... its just the cable. I went through 3 aux cables before getting the ipod integration... its just so much better! Great sound quality...

If they only had a USB jack...

I think there might be a TSB for that, though if your car is very new it might not apply. Either way, warranty should cover it.
