Default IS-F Rear bumper direct fit on IS250

Can anyone please tell me if the IS-F rear bumper can directly fit without modification to the IS250. I know on one of the threads here there is a discussion of it being done

I've seen it done. I don't know for sure if there's no modification required, but I would assume it is, since there's very, very little difference between the rear end (dimensionally) between the IS and the IS-F.

From what I remember there's a gap between the trunk and the bumper. Pretty noticeable if you ask me.

^There's no gap other that the same gap that appears on every 2IS:

The picture you're remembering had a shadow cast over that section, making it look bigger than it actually is.

If your running an OEM or aftermarket exhaust, you will have to do something with your tips...

It won't be an easy direct bumper cover swap...
You will need the IS-F bumper reinforcement crash bar and foam insert...

Also, I have NOT SEEN this done in the USA.. yet...

See this thread for more discussion: Someone did it!! IS-F rear bumper

you will need to cut your muffler ...

See the gap between the truck door and the IS-F bumper? Everything else seems ok...

Looking forward for someone do the front and side!! HAHA

The real ISF and ISX50 has the same gaps. it has been measured to be identical.

True from one OEM spec to another OEM spec

The Question remains whether or not there is a pronounced gap when you install an IS-F bumper on an ISx50.

Again, we have no real confirmation from an actual person that can respond in these threads that was there when it was done.

I will also disclose and say that my photo analysis skills are not the best as some others on here..

It would be nice if someone will do this. Add ISF rear bumper. Remove the oem exhaust cat back and install the coming tanabe ISF exhaust. It would look sexy
