Default Exhaust tips

I really like the look of Tanabe or F-Sport exhaust but not really interested in exhaust sound. I was thinking of getting these...http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/EXHAU...ayphotohosting
Any one here ever install these bigger exhaust tips just for the look? I'm not even sure how easy they are to install.

Pretty easy. Just bring it to a muffler shop and they will cut your existing tips and weld them on. Make sure they measure well and are leveled.

Good idea (tips only). Any other suggestions for some quality stainless steel tips?

I don't like Exhaust tips, makes your car looks modded in performance but it's not. :P

Good luck though.

Most muffler shops have a pretty healthy selection of exhaust tips on hand, so you could probably save your self the hassle of ordering tips from e-bay and just go directly to the muffler shop.

I agree, but since there are no REAL perfromance mods for this car, tips are a great idea to avoid the added noise when all he's after is looks....

Thats right. I don't want the sound of Tanabe or F-sport even they are supposed to be quiet, but not quite at around 3500rpm. Damn droning sound gives me headache. I do miss the way Tanabe looks and thats why I'm just looking for tips.

those tips look identical to what Magnaflow uses and sells. Check there site or vendors and you will find other styles to chose from. I prefer the Tanabe style tips over these.

no point of adding exhaust tip, cause in my opinion it's a waste of money since it's not going to give you any power gain...
