I've got a 2006 IS 350 with about 26K on it and started noticing very loud and annoying tire noise from the front wheels about 10K miles ago. Is this common and can anything be done besides replacing the tires. Treads look good. They are low-profile tires and it may just be the price for performance, but just wanted somebody to weigh in on this.

Yep they are. Because of the low-profiles it is more noticable. when you get new tires they will be quiet again. I have 14k and bridgestones are loud.

 

050s are well known for its loudness....
