I have an 08 IS250 manual and since its been getting cold the car has been over idling between 1.5 and 2k rpm when I first start it up in the morning or after work. After warming up a bit, the idling returns to normal. I need to take it in but has anyone else noticed this with their 250 manuals?

Roger roger lickin chicken. I've had manual domestics and euros and just never had them over idle unless there were issues with idle controls.

Many thanks for the responses.

Yeah, just count your lucky stars you don't have a 350; When it's really cold, and I accidentally leave it in ECT PWR mode and quickly start the car and go....man, I nearly shat myself when I shot down the driveway at 5am....pretty sure I killed a few cats and maybe the paperboy on the way down.
