I saw it in person today, the rear lip looks MUCH better in person, and MUCH more sense than the 2006-2008. Really a great job from Lexus.

Front is off the chain! Has a European look, like a Bimmer or an Audi A4 with the S-Line package. The rear looks bulky and rice burnerish. Like a broke Honda with a corny kit. But it may look better in person. Need to see it live to make a better determination. Both pieces definitely do stand out more than the 06-08 GFX kit and will be noticed more on the streets. Damn, I'm really feelin the front. Jealous as hell!

 

Can the 09 Front and Rear Bumpers fit the 07 IS250?

It looks like it will fit... I did not try it personally but if you do that, you'll need the front grill also.
