Right side of my '06 IS350 steering wheel has 4 buttons. I saw a picture of a fifth button on the Lexus web site, the icon for which is a car with what looks like headlights represented by lines in front of the car. What does that one do? (It doesn't look like a headlight washer, which I don't have, but I suppose it could be that.)

Nope the fifth button below the DISP and Voice Command is part of the Radar/Adaptive Cruise Control...the button adjusts the distance (there are 3 distances) between the car and the car in front of it.
