Default Help with leasing is250

Hi Guys,

I am about to lease the 08 is250 smoky granite mica with X package.

Here is the info:

MSRP 39268 and will get it for 33K
Residual 3 years 10K/ year is 54%
Money factor .0065
No Money down
First payment and registration are due when sign in.

Please let me know if it is good deal.

with no money down, your monthy payment will be high...got the same package as you did, my down payment was 2999 and my monthly payment is 410.23/month includes tax. hope that helps.

dont know your personal financial situation, but i would take advantage of the no money down if you can easily afford the payment. often times you can own the car for a little more down and about the same payment. completely up to you though....

My suggestion would be to purchase the car and spend the extra buck. I've gone the lease route in the past and you end up paying all this money and then walk away with nothing. I know that purchasing the car may seem more expensive up front but you'll get more down the road. Just my two cents, for what it's worth.

I think they're giving you a good deal,
so long as you pay anywhere from 400-499
you should be fine! don't settle

And if you ever want to get another car,
sell your lease pay it off and make some money back

MF is .0065? That's a 15.6% interest rate.
Did you mean .00165?
