I just installed 15mm (front) and 20mm (rear) Ichiba Version II spacers on my IS 350 with stock 18s, and it looks nice...but I've been reading about long term effects on wheel bearings and suspension.

I'll be removing them once I get my VIP Modular VR 05's in 3 weeks. PM if you're interested in buying the Ichiba's.

Anyone discover any new info about the possible long term effects of putting spacers on the car? I've got the mod itch, I tried using my handy dandy back scratcher but it won't go away - help!

Going on 7 months with no issues and I'm not worried about the long term effect because I always considered these a temporary fix for aftermarket wheels.

Our IS' are really good at not kicking up road junk onto the car from either wheel. Does moving the wheels out defeat the design and kick mud, etc. up on your car like other makes that require mud flaps?

You won't experience any vibration if you install them correctly.

Hard to tell if it's any worse with spacers but I did get mud kicked up to the side rear bumper, but not to a point where you would need mud flaps.
