At first when I went to the stealership to get the Rear view mirror changed they said that my VIN wasn't in range. After going there 3 in one month they finally changed my mirror

I also got my brakes done on my 5k service with not problems.

 

something to keep in mind, the updated rearview mirror still vibrates somewhat.

i think the ones that are actually defective, display some play in the actual balljoint at the base of the mirror mount.

maybe take a look at ur mirror and see if the joint is solid?

in the case of mine, the mount to the windshield was loose, and the joint also exibihited a good amount of side to side play. new one is solid as far as that, but still vibrates a bit when u turn up the bass and waht not.
