So a couple months ago I had my front bumper replaced. It was all done through insurance. I noticed something funny when I reset the ECU. I could have sworn that the push tab engine clips, but take a look at what they replaced it with.



They are just some regular tabs that you can get at the hardware store. Also was the a cover for the battery?

 

Try taking it back to the shop and explain your situation, they should cover it.

 

imma call them tomorrow. i just wanted to verify that there were actually push tab clips.
