got the pdf file mike, thanks! just ordered the mirrors today. im gonna try to wire it to the door sill using a voltmeter to find the wires. if that doesn't work ill wire it under the hood.

Hey guys, note if you're going to do the door sill/under dash method the color of the wires do NOT match the colors on the wiring diagram in the PDF. I don't remember off the top of my head what the colors are anymore...

 

Passnu2, can you send me the PDf for the install of the side view mirrors as well? I just got mine today and should have them painted and ready to install by the end of the week. I'm going to try something a little different with mine though.

novagfc350 i'm in northern va, manassas, where r u? did u do the install yet? i just ordered it today should come in a few weeks. if you do it can u post pics? or if you want we can do the install together.

 

XprincoX did u wire it near the end of the bundle? meaning did u wire it closer to the back of the car under the door sill? it seems that HUGE bundle of wires branch off to go under the driver seat (probably for the power seats and center console stuff) after the branch-off the bundle seems a little smaller, is that where you connected the mirror wires? i just wanna narrow down my search radius since the last time i opened up the door sill to take a look, i was kinda shocked to see how many wires there were.

the bundle is in the front before it branches off. If you turn on one of your turn signals and use a voltimeter you can pretty easily find the wire. If you check the wire in your trunk blinker the color of the wire is exactly the same. So that's probably a quick way to find the wire colors.

A member in Indiana found a relay under the drivers side and ran both of the wires there. I am not sure where its at and he doesnt hav pics either but it all worked out good for them!
