^I live in southern California, there are no snow storms in my area, lol. I might just get a used car in July, or wait for next December/January to buy either a new car or used one, depending on how much money I save and what my income is at the time.

I know that the mileage is really high, but after researching KBB and TMV on Edmunds, this price is actually $4k less than anywhere in my area.
I don't know if this car will still be around by July, but if I got this car with $1,500-$2,000 off the Sticker Price, and get financed by my bank (Chase, 48 month term with 3.96% APR), will it worth it?
Just curious to the feedback on this.

If your really interested in it I wouldn't worry so much about the 112k as I would the maintenance records and carfax reports. Check both to make sure the maintenance was done and there is no major accidents or even minor ones for that matter.
Then before I buy it I would tell them to let me take it to a Lexus Dealer and have them perform a certified lexus check on it. As well as check out all the systems on the car to insure everything is in order and working properly.
You can check the maintenance at this website by creating a user id and then entering this vehicles VIN number as your car that is the great thing about Lexus they provide this type stuff for FREE.

I used this site many times when I was looking at USED IS350's to purchase along with Carfax and autochecker.
If all the maintenance has been done (from above website), carfax is clean, and the local Lexus dealer gives it a thumbs up and you like the car then it is worth what ever you want to pay for it.
What ever the cost of the Lexus dealer inspection and carfax ($40-200.00) it would be worth it to avoid making a $16k purchase mistake.

After seeing this I would question the cars maintenance. Notice there is a 2 year gap (60k miles) where there is no history from the car? This doesn't mean it wasn't done, just means it wasn't done by a Lexus dealership. But from this you can see the maintenance, you can ever call some of the dealers to see what they did or what they remember.
Also I noticed it has not had the recall taken car of for the valve spring issue. So I would tell the dealer to take car of it (if lexus dealer) or take it to a Lexus dealer as soon as you get it and have the work done "free" before the time runs out.

Nice price on a 2010 IS 350

Yesterday I bought a lightly equipped (Nav / HID / 18" summer / Premium Package) Starfire Pearl and "Ecru" IS 350 with a MSRP of $43.1k for $36.2k. I used Truecar pricing which said the dealer cost was $35.6 k with the internet sales person and we quickly got the price from her initial $39k "Invoice" price to the price I paid. In my opinion Truecar worked quite well and the internet sales person had no problem negotiating from Truecar information. I think this is a great time to buy 2010's as the 2011's are on the lot and the dealer's seem ready to make the 2010's go away.
BTW This is my first Lexus and my first post!!

I recently bought a new 2012 IS250 in December of 2012 during the December to Remember sales event. After leaving a leased 2011 C300 I was looking at used IS250's, however I was interested in the price of new cars after looking at trucar. I live in Orange County and went to Newport Lexus (never thought I would buy a car here at first) and they had a lot of new 2012 IS250's. The IS250 I bought is Starfire Pearl on Black AT RWD, with the value package, accessory package, and rear trunk spoiler. The MSRP was $37,400 give or take, and I got it for $29,800. The couple bought the other IS exactly like mine about 20 minutes before with a different sales associate paid $30,400. In summary I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Newport Lexus and ask for Gary! He will take care of you.
