Default AAC halos cracked !!! SOOOO MAD

After installing the Halos, I tried to light them up . I conected them to 12v and this is what happened next, the halos start to wave some light and both them died and suddenly the low beam halo cracked . I called the company to send me a replacement and this is what they told me" you have to ship the halos back to us , we will only replace the high beam halo, the low beam is cracked and we wont replace it under the warrenty.also I have to pay for the shipping too "

I am so maddddddddddd now, really. Why dont they replace the cracked one, I did not break it ,so that it a product damage

If it is under warranty then they should replace both of them or they will loose more customers in the long run

Iam not really sure

I hope if he is a member of CL to reconsider it. . I did not break them, they cracked themselfs after waving with a weak light.

Iam not trying to scam them or anything, I really do not give a ***** about that $100 that I had to replace them, its about principle. my mods had cost me so far a round $54000 add to that the car cost $79000 and check the sig. So its not about money, its about treatment and treating your customers.

I live in Canada and I know to many ppl here that will see my ride and will be intrested in the Halos, and I do not want to tell ppl here about this story and how the company treated me.

well buddy... i can tell you .. those things don't crack so easily... I cracked my high beam halo's while installing them.. only because when i drilled the holes to run the wires... there was too much tension on the halo...

shoulda been delicate...

just buy a new replacement halo...its not that much.. ask justin.

I have to disagree, I'm not sure if you have the same brand as him, but the brand I bought cracked really easily. In fact, both of my cracked prior to install. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has had this experience. I'm pretty sure that is why they don't want to warranty it. That is not to say I believe that is right. The company through which I ordered mine offered replacements free of charge.

you might be right, but in my case, that did not happen. They cracked after I conect them to the 12v to test them. As i said, they lighted for a couple second with a weak wavey light and than craked

This happened to me twice. First time I broke one installing it, but the second time it cracked after being installed for over a week. I also had to pay for the replacement. I have had my bumper off 4 times.......
