3-4 weeks for that? Thats crazy.

Definately go to a lexus dealer for repairs. It may be slower to repair..but I would trust them to not cut corners.

The curse is real. I have been hit in both my IS's(the 06 and 07) and I wasnt even in the cars during their accidents.

^^ Hit and runs really suck... my friend had a hit and run and it was $8,000 worth of damage to her e92 3 series.

sorry this happened to you Hartawan, good luck with everything getting repaired. you know, as much as people say how hard it is to match silver, i really don't think it is. because i dropped off my roof spoiler yesterday and just told him the color code 1G1. and an hour an a half later it was done and the matching was SPOT ON. so i really think that you have nothing to worry about. honestly though, if i were in your position and i needed a full bumper replacement, id get the Element 114 no doubt. it's only like 6 bills. cheap. sick.

btw i was also in a hit and run, if you look back to over a year ago. i chased her back to her house and she ran inside and got her husband to have a "talk" with me.

wow... I feel sorry for you brosef. If that were my car I would be curled up in the fetal position lubricating myself with my own tears. I literally shed a single tear for you, just like a Native American does when someone litters.

I hope it does color match as close as possible, but it's okay if its a bit off because its not like im keeping this car forever

Please dont be sad for me . I am trying to cope with this situation by looking at the bright side... at least I will save about 1k miles this month

You should really talk to your insurance company to have them contact the girl's insurance about repairs. Since it is the girl's fault, it's up to her insurance to pay for damages. You shouldn't need to pay a single cent out of your own. And because of that, you SHOULD take it to the dealer to have it fixed. That way they'll use OEM parts guaranteed and not slack off/cut corners on the job and since it's OEM, the bumper might be prepainted and match your paint more closely. But sorry for that to happen. Hope it all works out for you.

Default A little update

I am definately going after the girl. I will be pissed if I had to pay for the damages or somehow she wins this thing. Since there was no police report I am trying to get a hold of the witness.
This may be my last photos for a while...

Still looks quite pretty doesnt it?

How about now?
