265/35/18 ok on stock rear???

I need to replace my stock tires. Looking at the Yokohama S-Drive but they don't make the 255/40/18. Any issues that you know of with running a 265/35/18 on the stock rim??

Call Discount Tire or Tire rack and they can help you with a size that will come close to the OEM,

my wife is350 running 235/35/18 fronts and 265/35/18 rears and there are no problem. i got these tires size for my wife car because the tires protect the rims for curb.
