Default New TSX vs ISX50

Okay, so it's sharp.... and I haven't driven one... but when one compares all the similar featues/options... for the 250, no comparison to me, IS rules on this one.

For the 350, price does enter the equation... oh yeah, 350 has 105 more ponies...

Anyone feeling some love for the new TSX? I'm sure there are some, personally (if I didn't go with any IS) I'd go with an 08 Accord V-6 (which I drove and it handles) if I went Honda and save the $$$ over the TSX.

Thoughts?

I like it!, the Interior looks great. plus the 60/40 fold down rear seats will definatly come in handy. Sure doesn't use that much gas..but still makes you use premium on a 200 hp engine? Wierd..but maybe the is250 is the same. I don't like how the **** for the Nav is so far up on the dash though would make reaching and searching annoying.

The only thing i don't like..front wheel drive lol. But thats just me being bias

Really nice car regardless.

Not a fan of the new TSX, the wheel arches look weird to me. I prefer the look of the last gen if I was set on a TSX, but thats just my opinion.

i think it actually looks cool. but the only thing that stops me from getting it would be FWD.

BUT here's the kicker, it's a Honda so you know there are going to be at least 100x more aftermarket parts for it than us

That and it's going to end up being faster (than the 250 at least)

Outside look....not my cup of tea. I agree with the rest of the community. Now the interior...man! Amazing how some little details count!! Shift **** - much better looking than the crappy chrome/leather we have. Shift boot - something that we really need on our IS's to replace that cheap looking plastic crap you see down there. And this is about my very personal taste....buttons in general are located in a more handy possition than in our IS. But the general look is better for the IS. Front bumper is just horrible on the TSX.....back is decent.
My vote is for the IS250

I only dig on the interior of the new TSX. The new design takes some getting use to.

I have and always will be a Honda fan. The TSX is a nice car, but their achilles heel is that their lineup are all FWD cars.

That's what moved me over to the Lexus side.

Once you go RWD, you never go back!

It depends on what you need/want.

For inexpensive everyday driving, the TSX. It's about value.

For a splurge of extra luxury, the IS250. It's about amenities.

For a performance oriented vehicle, the IS350. It's about speed.

I've seen the new TSX in person. It is most likely one of the ugliest cars ever built.

I not a big fan of the styling of the new TSX. It is quite a bit bigger than the last generation, so I'll guess that the new TL is going to be huge!
Begin rant...........Why is it in this time of rising gas prices, car manufacturers keep making bigger and bigger cars and suv's?? I'm truly surprised Acura doesn't have a suv as big as an Escalade..........end of rant.

the New TSx looks like an accord from the side, first thing i thought when i saw it, yea it's a great car but i would not put compare a 350 with a TSX, only the 250 compares. the 350 feels more of a TL competitor.

either way i'd still take my IS over the TSX, i always liked acura's but i don't know what they are doing.
