IS Clicking Sounds
My IS have been having sound weird sounds, it almost sounds like clicking or popping sounds when i make a right or left turn while hitting the brakes slowly.
It seems it happened after I changed to the TSIB brake pads. Is this normal? Is anyone else experiencing this?
The brakes feel fine, I can stop on a dime (driving in LA traffic). This only happens when turning and stopping at slow speeds. When its a straight lane and I'm stopping from 25+mph there is no sound.

It is possible that the shims are shifting and a grease was not used when replacing the OEM pad. Most after market upgraded pads have a rubber backing that reduces/avoids this effect of pad chatter. I would simply have the dealer look at it for you. This could very well be your issue.
I took it to the dealer already and they applied the grease which seem to fix the problem until my guess the grease dried up or like 3 weeks later the sound came back. The dealer said this is normal sound but this crap is annoying for a lexus to brake. My brother's accord sounds better.
