Default allignment

so im very certain that my toe is off. im at about 12,500 miles on the odo. should i trust a local shop to do my allignment or should i take it to the the lexus dealer? 2 hours away. o and last time i took one of my cars to a local shop (03 TL-S) it didnt really correct it. ended up having to take it to acura and its been straight since. but i do know of a repair shop in town specializing in lexus and toyota should i trust them?

Got Mine done at a local shop (Firestone). $170 for life of the vehicle. meaning i can go in anytime i want no limit but plan is only for the owner. I recommend getting the specs from lexus and compare it if you decided to get it from a local shop. If not just get it done with toyota/lexus. they fixed my toe. but as we all know there is no camber kit out for is. Im lowered on Eibach.

Any reputable technician.

That can be a local service tech. That can be a Lexus Service Dept.

Just make sure they are reputable.

It's only toe. There's nothing else to adjust. Any half decent tech should be able to get it aligned in about 15 minutes start to finish.

I've gotten my Eibach Pro-kit on for 7 months now. Would you recommend that I get an alignment done considering that I'm running 19" during the summer and 17" during the winter?

After I got Eibach 2 weeks later, I have done it at local Toyota. since Lexus dealer is 2hrs away I had no choice........The cost was 119......I got printed report from Toyota so....maybe OK (?). I tried it in Lexus but they don't do in Sat.

Default No compromise

$99 at Nalley Lexus Atlanta. I got it done about a month ago after 25K miles of driving and it feels so great. Because it is so important for the drive, I would just get it done at Lexus.

lobuxracer do you have the specs? or is there anyway to get the specs? i have to go in for this in the next 2 weeks since i lowered the car. i can have a dealer take care of it but they are not Lexus. not sure if they would have the info or not. just trying to be helpful since they are doing me the favor. not sure how this stuff works.
thanks,

I found out from my service rep at my Lexus dealership that allignment isn't even done "in house" at most Lexus dealerships. Drop your car off at the dealership, and they take it some where else to have it done. I know for a fact that Toyota does it on site and probably for cheaper too.
