Default MRR HR-2s Chrome or Machine? OR MRR GT-1's?

My decision has come down to these 2 models: MRR HR-2's and the MRR GT-1's.

Right now the MRR HR-2's have become my top priority. The question is should I get them in Chrome or Machine(Silver) finish? I have a black / black Lexus all blacked out. I looked at pictures of black rims on the black IS and for some reason it didn't look right. The HR-2's add a nice flavor to the IS, which makes it my number one choice atm.

Here are links:

neither.

if your not on a budget, get some better wheels.

but if you are, i would have to say H2's machined.

HR2 in silver, 20's. would be nice. my friend has these wheels. HAS TO BE DROPPED LOW though imo. otherwise the gap would not look nice.

20"s on the IS are ridiculous - no offense for those out there with 20"s.

My mind is made up, I am going with the HR-2's.

The next question is what tires should I put on the wheels?

--- Falken 452s

--- Kumho Ecsta SPTs

--- BFGoodrich G-force T/A QDWs

--- Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s

Any other recommendations? Also, please budget in mind.
