There are a couple of options, but the best one is to buy wheels with the correct bolt pattern.
1. have an experienced machine shop redrill your hubs and rotors
2. hub adapters
3. redrill the wheels (by a real wheel shop)
I'm not sure any of these options are viable with the ISX50
but I've had experience with all three on previous cars....
It's a whole lot easier to just buy wheels with the right bolt pattern and offset, if your trying to fit wheels that your getting a good deal on, its more hassle than it's worth and will probable end up being more expensive in the long run.
I was exactly in the same situation as you are right now. I was planning to get 5x112 BBS CHs but after some rethinking, it seemed to much of a hassle and dangerous for me. Especially because of the way I drive. So I decided to find other rims, and it was worth it.
