i live in Scal and i am currently driving 328i.. which i hate. i am really thinking about getting an IS 350 can you guys tell me what you guys pay.

more of lease then purchase.

how much down and how many month term etc.

For an IS350, expect to pay near MSRP (most people are getting $1-2k off MSRP for an IS350, but near invoice for IS250).

As for lease rates, someone else has to answer that question...

I don't remember all the details, but with nothing down, 4 year / 72K miles, $39K sticker, decent credit, it was $650 / month for my lease in March of '06.

BTW, I'm not going to respond to flames about how crazy of a deal that was since I've never made good financial decisions.
