Does anyone here has this problem?
I think most of the advice on these ticket questions is silly. Every locale has different laws, different enforcement, and different judges. You need to know what works in the court you'll be attending, and you don't have a lot of options.
Many of these work-arounds from other states don't work anywhere else. Know your local law. Know what will work (or not) where you got cited. Anything else is just speculation and may not apply at all.
Notice ISbb is in Macao, not the US? Remember a long time ago when he said it is ILLEGAL there to change the tires and wheels?
Finally, there is NO ADJUSTMENT for an ISx50 speedo. It can't be "fixed" without replacing parts and none of the parts allow for non-standard anything. So, if you put on different sized tires, you're just going to have to live with what the speedo indicates and know that your speed is not what you see on the speedo.
