is250 AWD/NAV/HID Target price
I am located in central NJ and i am looking for an 07 awd is250. What should be my target price with these options?
NAV
HID Lights
Wood trim
MSRP is just over 39k, and invoice is around 34,200. I have read some posts of people getting this car for below invoice but i think that was mainly on the west coast? My goal would be to get it for invoice but I dont know how realistic that is. Any info would be appreciated.

I don't think you are going to find below invoice in NJ. I have those options plus Lux Pkg, Headlight Washers and All Weather Mats, MSRP was $40,601 (in May, when I purchased). I bought for $36,150, which was about $600 over invoice.
Try Ray Catena or Prestige--they are large volume dealers.

Just got back from a test drive with the is250 awd... The lowest I was able to get them to go was $35,400. This is with NAV, HID, Wood trim, wheel locks, trunk mat, cargo net and all weather floor mats. Its about 1k over invoice. I told my sales guy I would sleep on it and let him know what I thought in the morning. A decent deal for NJ right?
A little off topic, but do you think this is will hold a decent resale value in the future if for some unforeseeable reason I need to sell it in the future?

Don't think you are going to get California type prices in NJ. $1,000 over invoice probably isn't too bad, but see if they'll throw in tint, oil changes, or something else that is useful to you.
